MetaModz Warranty Terms

MetaModz provides a 120-day warranty , starting from the delivery date.

If a material or manufacturing defect occurs during this period we will
provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

- Free repair of the product, or

- Free exchange for an equivalent product

The warranty covers all modifications we have made to the controller.


The warranty excludes damage caused by:

- Improper or abusive handling

- Environmental influences (e.g. humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust)

- Impact of violence (e.g., fall, impact, excessive pressure)

- Unauthorized repair attempts
(The warranty is void as soon as the controller is opened)

- Normal wear and tear

MetaModz covers the costs of repair/replacement and return shipping to the customer.

Even after the warranty period has expired, we offer repairs at fair conditions.
