This includes both custom builds and repairs/send-ins and is based on the current number of orders. Controllers are always processed sequentially.

For custom builds with a Marius JDM-5X board , the current tournaround time is 2-3 weeks.

We would like to ship all the controllers the next day, but unfortunately, that's not realistic. Custom controllers can be very complicated and time consuming – especially with our quality standards.

Changes to the processing time are constantly updated.
