The JDM-5X board was developed by Marius Heier specifically for the PS4 controller and is currently the world's fastest input device with possible latencies of less than 0.1 milliseconds! It runs natively at an 8000 Hz sampling rate – no software or overclocking is required.

The following functions will be deactivated/removed:

  • Gyro sensor
  • Rumble motors
  • Touchpad tracking function
  • Speaker, microphone, AUX input


Controllers with a Marius board can only be used wired on a PC!

Before shipping, all controllers are calibrated by us and pre-configured for 8K resolution and with the desired back button assignment. No further changes are necessary. Use of the provided software is at your own risk and is intended for advanced users!

Troubleshooting

To prevent problems and to utilize the board's maximum potential, please note the following:

  • Connect the controller to a USB-A to USB-C/Micro-USB port (depending on the configuration) on the back of your PC.
  • Too many connected USB devices can limit the data transfer rate and lead to instability.
  • Make sure your Windows operating system is running stably and perform updates if necessary.
